Each school on the Dalka Schools Platform operates within its own independent, dedicated database. School data is fully isolated, no school can access another school's data. This architecture ensures the highest level of data privacy and sovereignty for each institution.

We retain school and user data for the duration of the active subscription. Upon termination or cancellation, data may be retained for up to 30 days to allow for data export, after which it may be permanently deleted unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.

The Platform may integrate with third-party payment processors and communication services. These third parties have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their data practices. We only share the minimum data necessary to provide the service.
